- Working to support key activities within the ES & iX Growth Platform Core Team
- Understand how we position our offerings internally and externally
- Updating and maintaining the upkeep of the internal microsite

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed both hard and soft skills at IBM. My presentation and organisation skills have improved massively by working on various projects and playing various slide decks back to IBM and their clients. I have also improved my knowledge in various business areas and adopted agile and design thinking practices through training and real life applications.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I really enjoyed my placement year. It would have been even better if it was not entirely virtual, but nevertheless I met some great people and achieved some great things. I would say IBM is a perfect place to grow and filled with extremely hard working individuals.

Do not limit yourself to what you know or be afraid of what you don't know. IBM provides great learning experiences and can open doors for you that you never knew existed.
