Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Co-leading one of the Innovation teams squads, which involves:
Daily stand ups,
Bi weekly planning,
Collaberation time,
backlog refinement
and much more.
Most days involves meeting with external companies to obtain data or forge deals to drive a pilot forward: summarising findings and next steps in a presentable way for Bi-weekly playbacks. Your day to day work is managed by yourself to reach the goals of your squad.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
An incredible amount fo responsibility as you run one of four squads that make up the innovation team. You're expected to deliver on business goals just as everyone else, just with more guiding support.
