I am involved in project meetings, assisted preparation of client meetings and conducted background research.
Day-to-day work including catching up with the team for projects that I involved and undertaking tasks (listed above) assigned by seniors

Yes I was given much responsibility and freedom to develop the task by myself while also receiving enough guidance from seniors/ line manager.
