Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Prepping and organising Apprentice inductions, getting their BPSS documents done. Making sure we have all their required documents. I produced monthly and every three week reports on the Apprentices and their work load where I had to chase if needed.
I supported the apprentice communities in their events throughout the year. I made the upskilling process a smooth seamless process.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I had sole responsibility for the apprentice task ID where I dealt with multiple quieres daily.
I was also the face of IBM when onboarding the apprentices

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I am so thankful to my Foundation Manager and my Task Manager for all their support in the year. When I was getting stressed they were able to allow me to take a break and re evaluate.
