Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
During my time at Lockton, I attended talks from various business units to gain a deeper understanding of their functions. In my free time, I worked on business unit assignments and the innovation project, which included researching, conducting interviews, and documenting my findings. Additionally, I set up meetings and coffee chats with various associates across the business to learn more about their roles and gather valuable advice.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
The work I was assigned for both my business unit and the innovation project had a meaningful impact on the business. Being given a high amount of responsibility throughout my internship truly set the experience apart.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
My time at Lockton was absolutely incredible. The friendly and supportive environment, coupled with the meaningful work and high level of responsibility I was given, made the experience truly rewarding. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my internship and feel grateful for the opportunity to contribute and learn so much.
