Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I performed a PMO role for the Scottish Government (SG) account. My role entailed overseeing the security clearance process for all new resources joining the account. close collaboration with both IBM internal and client security teams.
I managed and tracked the monthly MI reports. This task included summaries of 16 different statements of works for the ENLR contract.
Offered support to various Scrum teams, maintaining Jira metrics and tickets to monitor developer progress throughout delivery.
Got involved in large public sector bids.
