Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Talent Transformation (TT) Strategy:
• Financial reporting – Ensuring the financial health of the service line and measuring key financial metrics against targets, reporting them to the Service Line Leadership Team during SLL Meetings and Quarterly Reviews.
• Pipeline monitoring – Producing weekly pipeline reports, attending meetings, and capturing updates.
• Strategy – Collaborating with the leadership team to measure progress against the strategy.
• Uber deck – Regularly updating and reviewing the Uber Deck with the Service Line Lead to track financial health of the
Service Line.
• TT Offerings – Regularly updating and reviewing the Talent Transformation Offerings with Senior Managing TT
Consultants.
Engagement:
• Growth and All-Hands events – Organisation, content planning, deck design and delivery.
• Newsletter (monthly) – Leading the production of the newsletter and managing 10+ stakeholders. Achieved 90%
Newsletter Engagement.
• Distribution list – Overseeing distribution list management, implementing regular updates, and comparing against other
reports.
• W3 Publisher site – Leading regular updates of internal website, keeping commercial awareness of TT consultants.
