Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Assisting in the coordination and implementation of a diverse range of events, spanning both in-person (and when appropriate digital) proprietary & 3rd party events.
Providing on-site support during physical events hosted at venues like the IBM Innovation Studio, Olympia, and the ExCel, aiding the sales and marketing teams in event execution and post-event follow-ups.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Lots I had a Task Manager (Line Manager) and a Foundation Manager. Both Managers always had my back and I regular catch ups with them.

Try gain some experience in the area you are applying to and be yourself during the interview stage. Hone in on areas such as Generative AI as this is a massive part of the business now.
