Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My general role involves coding, debugging, collaborating, and learning. Mornings often start with emails and standup meetings, followed by focused work on new features or bug fixes. Midday brings calls with the team to discuss problems and solutions, while afternoons involve detailed design and feedback gathering. Evenings are for reviewing work and ensuring that the work is completed.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given oppertunites within my placment and this has allowed me to develop my overall skills and ensure that I can develop and grow as an indiviual along with that I have been able to get the support that I need allowing for effective progress.

As a developer I try to improve and expand my skillset. By learning new technologies, attending workshops, and contributing to projects, honeing my abilities and create innovative solutions can help lead to better outcomes and improvement towards the work I complete.

I very much recieve the support that I need while doing the work this has allowed for me to have an effective transition when trying to learn helping to ensure that I can get information for the work that I end up completing.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company atmosphere and general support has been a great experience. The company push for an open mind and this has allowed me to be open with the team not only in a work setting allowing for a better culture and teamwork.

While the atmosphere is very open and supportive within the company, you need to ensure that you take action and are willing to put in the effort. You need to make the most of the oppertunity as people will only give you advice no one will hold your hand.
