Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The days primarily consisted of speaker sessions, from established professionals within all aspects of their businesses. This was supplemented by two group presentation tasks, desk shadowing, an archive tour, and an office tour, with networking sessions on the first day.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I gained an authentic understanding of the various roles available within Rothschild, and what makes their business unique compared to other firms. Overall, the experience was deeply rewarding, and a pivotal learning lesson in my pursuit of a role in advisory.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

There was a deep sense of respect at the firm, with a genuine commitment towards the dispersion of knowledge. Yet, the firm still maintains a friendly atmosphere; each and every individual is approachable.
