Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role consisted of operational work, communications, event management, running the NPS Programme and leadership support tasks. On a day to day basis no day saw the same tasks which made it an exciting and fun role to be in. You have to be responsive and flexible to the tasks set by leadership.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes you are provided with a great amount of responsibility and treated as a true member of the team. This was one of my favourite parts of the role. Often you would act as project manager/lead and lead others. You were also consulted on your viewpoint continually by senior employees allowing you to add true value.
