Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Creating and optimising product page updates for B2B websites for our brand.
- Designing and customising web banners for wholesalers to direct consumers to our brand pages.
- Adapting and supporting wholesalers with CRM templates/designs for their mailing list.
- Working with agencies to design and create e-cards for wholesalers to share with their mobile database.
- Building monthly social media calendars for wholesalers with engaging and supportive content showcasing our brand.
- Analysing and tracking our brands social media presence and share of voice performance.
- Managing and developing extra projects to support our B2B channel.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed new software skills through use of Adobe Photoshop, which I had not previously used. Developing this enabled me to create high quality, bespoke content for our team and customers.
