Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working on the financial governance within a public sector account at IBM. My duties
include updating the financial workbooks, make sure that the commercials are up to
date and managed by the team leaders and holding meetings regarding the financial
state of our projects. I track actual spend against budget, update forecast, evaluate the
project financials and identify areas where work is falling behind plan and budget
