Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My day to day role involved a lot of project management duties, working on resource management, commericals, working with leadership team to plan and organise client events and social events.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes 100%. I had the opportunity to work on one of the biggest public sector projects with one of the best clients. I was given plenty of opportunity to work with senior people and do meaningful work on the project.

I have definetly upskilled many of my soft skills this year. In particular, my communication and analytical skills have immensely grown whilst working closely with senior leadership.

A vast amount! My task managers and foundation managers were very helpful and always on hand to aid my development throughout.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I loved the company culture, everyone was willing to help each other, our team charter played a massive part in that. I loved being in and around the office as the atmopshere was very postive and friendly constantly.
