Daily Tasks:
Identifying resources and allocating them in roles for deployment projects.
Submitting Timesheets.
Managing a Master Resourcing List and the Absence Planner.
Daily Interactions:
Resourcing calls with teams in South America and India to identify suitable resources.
Interacting with the Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
Managing a Master Resourcing List - Contains crucial resource information.
Managing and maintaing Absence Planners.
Projects:
Project Manager of an automation project.

At times, personal time outside of work was not respected. Too much pressure was placed on myself for actions that were out of my control. This culture affected the wider team.
