Digital & AI Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - Add Vision

Add Vision are one of the UK's market leading Digital Signage Experts, delivering fully bespoke digital signage to businesses across the UK.

Overview:

Add Vision are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital & AI Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Linwood office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact within the Digital Support team, managing incoming enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring messaged are passed to internal stakeholders. Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to draft responses, summarise queries, and improve response times.
  • Becomes a superuser in Zoho CRM, supporting marketing through reporting, customer insights, and content creation. Utilise AI-powered analytics to generate reports, identify trends, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support financial management and invoicing through QuickBooks, using AI features to automate data entry, categorise transactions, and generate financial summaries.
  • Create and manage digital content using Clous CMS, applying AI tools to produce, optimise, and refine website content, ensuring consistency, SEO alignment, and audience engagement.
  • Support the development and management of e-commerce stores using Shopify, including product setup, customisation, and maintenance.
  • Use Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, and Excel) as part of daily operations, leveraging Microsoft Copilot to streamline communication, summarise meetings, automate data analysis, and improve collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Salary:

£16,640 per annum

Working hours:

9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
