Digital Accounts Level 3 Apprenticeship - Ogilvie Fleet Ltd

Overview:

Do you want to be a part of a company that leads the way in customer service and innovation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Accounts Apprentice to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Sales Ledger/Credit Control team, provide Support for the day to day running of the department.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and invoice submission to customers using Xero accounting software.
  • Become a Xero system superuser for the business.
  • Daily management of accounts mailbox via Microsoft Outlook. You will be expected to triage customer/client responses to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Administration and issuing of monthly reporting using Microsoft Excel & Key2 (industry specific software).
  • Logging and reconciling of cheques using Key2 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Daily support of Sales Ledger & Credit Control internal systems.
  • Assist with general support duties including providing copy invoices/backup, invoicing and e-mail distribution via Microsoft Outlook.

Desirable skills:

  • Good verbal and communications skills.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise as necessary.
  • Ability to identify improvements and implement with input from manager.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum.

Working hours:

38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
