Digital Finance Level 3 Apprenticeship - Multrees Investor Services

Multrees Investor Services are an award-winning investment services company who operate in the Financial Services sector. They support transformational change through a range of outsourced investment services to wealth managers, private banks, family offices and advisory businesses.

Overview:

An opportunity has arisen within their Transfers Team for an apprentice. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of internal and external client transfers on behalf of clients. The Transfers team is a key team within the wider Operations department.

Multrees have hired over 20 apprentices via QA so don't worry, you are in safe hands!

Responsibilities:

  • Become a superuser of IM Security (an internal records system) where you will input and manage data. You will be responsible for transferring in assets (stocks) from other providers and as so, become confident in using external systems (NEXEN & AllFunds).
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and act on any instructions. You should ensure information is kept up to date and compliant on IM Security. You will also be required to give status updates to clients to ensure the transfer process is smooth.
  • Engage with other providers and update information on NEXEN & AllFunds as required.
  • Produce MS Excel reports of transfers.
  • Cash and stock Reconciliation resolution.
  • Manage your own caseload of transfers.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Account Opening to ensure stock can be transferred correctly.
  • Maintain effective controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance to required processes and procedures.

Desirable skills:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Good at communicating both verbal and write.
  • Confident with a willingness to learn.
  • Good excel skills.

Salary:

£22,000 per annum. Your salary will be discussed upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
