Job Purpose

Support in monthly reporting and animation of live energy services in the UK.

Direct KPIs:

1. Charge Pass monthly active customers
2. MPS B2C penetration on EV orders

Indirect KPIs:

1. On-time reporting to HQ
2. Monthly deliverable of sales animation kit
3. CRM campaigns per quarter

Detailed Description

Top 3 Core Deliverables

• Develop and deliver a monthly animation kit to RUK and MFS UK sales teams.
• Liaise with Marketing and CRM teams to ensure Mobilize Energy content is up to date and campaigns take place.
• Assist in financial and commercial reporting of MPS B2C sales with HQ.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with different suppliers linked to the operations of live energy services.
• Track and analyse the performance (commercial and financial) of sales and propose actions to continuously improve.
• Support the transversal visibility of retail services and ensure content is up to date across all physical and digital platforms of the group (validate CRM, RG websites and social media messaging).
• Support the deployment of the social media strategy in alignment with HQ guidelines and agencies.
• Responsible for CRM of Mobilize to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
• Assist in the deployment of new Energy services.

Skills and Knowledge

• Sales experience
• Problem solver
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Controlling / accounting knowledge is a plus
• Organised and detail-oriented

Ideal Prior Experience

• Intern or graduate in data exploitation, ideally finance but not necessarily
• Project management experience is a plus
