Commercial Performance Monitoring Placement 2026

Job Purpose

  • The role will actively contribute towards the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives, participating in performance monitoring as well as forecasting future business.
  • This role will develop reporting and presentation preparation skills whilst being in close contact with key collaborators including Senior Management, Brokers, the Select Lease by Mobilize (SLbM) Field Team & Third-Party Suppliers.
  • Having the opportunity to produce content for key strategic Management Committee and Commercial Touchpoint meetings including deck creation and minute taking.
  • This role will support the business on key strategic pillars including the growth of Select Lease by Mobilize.
  • Whilst having exciting involvement in key commercial projects.
  • With key involvement in Broker Oversight project that involves the provision of analytics & Management information (MI) to the SLbM Senior Team in order to manage and mitigate potential risks of customer harm.

  • Analyse and interpret commercial data to support management decision making and the future of the Fleet strategy
  • Supporting growth of Non-Alliance & volume forecasting to identify future opportunities within the growing Fleet industry
  • Working closely within the newly formed Fleet Subsidiary that sits within the mature Captive Finance Company
  • Support the delivery of Fleet Projects involving system improvement, third party supplier integrations and risk projects including Broker Oversight
  • Involved with Risk monitoring, reporting and management to ensure aligned with Appetite Statement, monitoring tolerances, reporting breaches and supporting action plans to mitigate potential and identified risks
  • Supporting in Broker and supplying Dealer set-ups
  • Work with the entire Reading Team whilst being based in Maple Cross, acting as a point of contact between Sales, Operations and Field Staff
  • Compile reporting on a regular & ad hoc basis as required
  • Support Management with administrative tasks inc. action tracking & minute taking
  • Put together presentations, creating content for strategic commercial meetings and management committees
  • Cross functional work across all SLbM departments and MFS support functions
  • Complying with all regulatory obligations, company procedures and standards
  • Responding to Broker queries where appropriate
