Job purpose

To provide analytical and administrative support to the Head of Network Funding and Network Funding department in managing the provision of funding facilities to Alliance dealer networks within Mobilize Financial Services’ risk appetite.

Description

• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Identify, analyse and communicate findings to the team or management on any issues picked up through regular or ad-hoc work
• Prepare presentations for regular internal Committees and Forums with Alliance partners
• Support ad-hoc projects
• Potential to run mini projects or autonomously create new reporting following business requests
• Administrative support for Dealer Risk Analyst Team to manage dealer partners
• Validate existing work instructions and create new ones where appropriate to ensure a smooth handover of work
• All activity to be compliant with regulatory requirements
