Job Purpose

Join us for an exciting Graduate opportunity in our newly formed Cyber Security Team, where innovation meets impact. As a Cyber Security Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic environment within a leading financial services company, gaining hands-on experience in protecting digital assets and supporting secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and analysing security events and alerts.
  • Support the development and maintenance of security KPIs and KRIs.
  • Support regulatory readiness activities, including coordination of IS audit responses, follow-up of requests, logging, and evidence sharing.
  • Assist in driving supply chain security through supplier onboarding and ongoing security reviews.
  • Prepare documentation and track actions for governance activities.
  • Support the preparation of committee presentations and advisory content.
  • Assist with supplier security assessments and documentation management.
  • Maintain the UK asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with IT to complete the annual obsolescence programme review.
  • Assist in logging, tracking, and following up on security incidents to understand real-world threat handling.
  • Research emerging security threats and share insights with Cyber Security and Scrum teams.
  • Develop a risk-based mindset in cybersecurity practices.
  • Contribute to defining best practices in cyber security.
  • Participate in penetration testing meetings to understand scoping and documentation of objectives.
