Job Purpose

• Reporting to the RCI Bank Communications Manager the job holder will execute analysis of acquisition channels, social media content stewardship, media PR and customer communications whilst supporting the smooth-running of RCI Bank’s marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.

Description

• Supporting the implementation of existing projects and ownership of at least one major cross-channel project that will help build brand trust
• Website management including editing, creating and maintaining the RCI Bank website
• Using analysis tools to help us understand and optimise acquisition spend, customer engagement and to enhance customer journeys
• Overseeing daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure operational standards are met
• Managing social media accounts
• Support the Communications Manager in creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns
• Contributing to the development of new marketing opportunities
• Ensuring supplier performance and costs are maximised
• General administration for the team and supporting team processes

Deputise as required for the Communication Manager

Knowledge and Skills

• General understanding of Marketing concepts
• Strong writing skills and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Very good Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Able to work with large data sets
• Prioritisation, Organisational & Ownership skills
• Effective Time management
