Job Description

Job Purpose

The 2 year Graduate Programme consists of a minimum of two rotations gaining valuable experience and exposure across our Commercial sector of Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilties

Marketing

Working within the Pricing Team, as Pricing Analyst, the successful graduate will work along side the Pricing​ Manager to ensure accurate, timely and consistent pricing and analysis is completed. Main tasks will be;​ Monthly Business Review – analyzing results against the pricing and forecast and make recommendations​ where there may be opportunities​.

  • Develop and maintain tools to support the pricing process ​
  • Support wider Marketing Operations team with reporting, product creation, testing and controls​
  • Attend pricing Committees and Monthly Distribution Cost meetings, create minutes, assign and follow up on​ actions​
  • Work along side other areas of Marketing to maintain strong relationships to help achieve our objectives. ​

Sales

The Sales Department contributes actively to the attainment of the RCI’s commercial & financial objectives and Manufacturers’ growth ambitions through the deployment of RCI’s commercial strategy within the Dealer Networks and the active management of dealer performance.​ Through the nurturing of strong relationships with network partners, the team are responsible for increasing network loyalty to RCI and for the implementation & monitoring of a robust policy at dealer level.​

Used Vehicles​

The Used Vehicles department is ambitions to develop new sales channels on Used & Nearly New Vehicles and so contribute actively to overall sales growth & profitability targets both on Vehicles & Services. Within this department they define & execute RCIFS’ strategy on new channel and digital activities by identifying and developing future opportunities and sales channels complementary to RCI’s traditional Used Vehicle business model and ensuring their effective deployment.​

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Able to work with large datasets
  • Strong Data Analytical skills.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships across the business, Curious and Rigorous
