Job Description

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, the role holder is responsible for supporting MFS (UK)’s commercial expansion projects, helping drive the overall diversification pillar as part of the Sustainable Growth strategy. The role will also ensure existing and new tools across the Mobilize ecosystem are maximised and utilised whilst adhering to MFS (UK) regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grade: Administrator.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams to capitalise on digital partnerships and third-party website integrations.
  • Engage with new digital integrators and support onboarding via the Supplier Management system, Gatekeeper.
  • Support the Commercial Development Manager with business planning, analysis, costing and consolidation activities.
  • Maintain and update Business Development policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and measure performance and effectiveness of commercial offers and business plans using the PDCA methodology.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting suites using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support Business Development Managers with dealer enquiries and originating requests.
  • Build presentations, slide packs, meeting minutes and action plans for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to support contractual negotiations with key third-party suppliers and partners.
  • Support ad hoc departmental requests.
  • Role is office-based with hybrid working arrangements.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Currently studying Business Management and/or Economics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using reporting tools including Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Interest in the motor and finance industry.
  • Passion for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Presentation and organisational skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Ambitious, proactive and hard-working approach.
