Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My main job role is providing cost management services on the Royal Victoria Hospital Energy Centre. I produce valuation certificates, cost reports and invoice for our works monthly. I also assist my colleagues with procurement tasks.

Yes, I was given a lot of responsibility during my placement which gave me a lot of confidence in my ability.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed my placement thoroughly. I'm extremely happy that I chose Arcadis for my placement year as I feel I have gained lots of beneficial skills for my future career and developed my confidence in my work. The people I work with played a huge part in the enjoyment of my year here.
