Our recruitment process

Application - Look at the opportunities available and decide which is the best fit for you based on your education, skills and aspirations. Start by completing a short application and submit your CV online. You will be able to select the programme that is of interest and your preferred location.

Online Behavioural Assessment - We assess a candidate's behaviour in a behaviour-based virtual assessment. You will receive a link to complete this if you pass the first stage. We use this type of assessment to ensure we are identifying the right talent in an objective way, where no one is at a disadvantage.

Assessment Centre - (Graduates & Apprentices Only) Our trained Assessors and Recruitment team will ensure the experience is as pleasant as possible during your virtual assessment. This stage consists of a group activity lasting up to two hours. This assesses your skills and behaviours specific to the programme you have applied to.

Final Interview - The final interview is made up of two parts. The first part of the interview assesses your competencies, behaviours and suitability for the chosen programme or position. The second part of the interview focuses on your technical knowledge.

Equality and diversity

Our business is built on an unwavering commitment to our people and an inclusive environment. But what does inclusion actually mean?

For us, it goes beyond a diverse workforce; it’s about a culture of equality and respect where every person can voice their opinions without feeling judged. Where we challenge what has come before by listening to different perspectives and fresh thoughts. Where we innovate and make breakthroughs. Where every Arcadian feels valued, appreciated and empowered to bring their whole selves to work. Where gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture and origin are strengths that improve our business and the solutions we deliver for clients.

Building that culture is a journey that is driven by inclusion. We’re proud of the strides we’ve made—the conversations, the concrete actions and the determination to do what’s right. We have an environment today where we’re looking to the future with optimism, excited by how our individual and team contributions will improve quality of life.

We aim to foster a workplace where women comprise more than 40% of our global workforce.

Our Global Affinity Groups have been designed to improve the quality of life for every Arcadian by creating an inclusive culture that is diverse, enabling all Arcadians to flourish, feel a sense of belonging at work whilst reflecting our clients, customers, communities and society as a whole. Their purpose is to challenge the status quo, empower others to be their whole selves and change perceptions and create allyship.
