Assisting colleague on carrying out cost plan, valuation, market testing, benchmarking, carrying out deed of variation and etc. In some projects, given the opportunity to host client meetings and given responsivities to carry out a team exercise.

Yes, I have given the opportunity to lead a project which consist of communicating to various colleagues from different department and also carrying out weekly meeting with the client. In addition, as the placement progress, I have given more responsibility on more important exercises.

Through this placement, I've developed plenty of new skills and existing skills. In terms of new skills it consist of, cost planning, value engineering, quantification take-offs. On the other hand, I've further developed my communication and organisation skills with the addition of excel skills and professional competency.

I have given plenty of support and guidance during my placement. Ever colleague I've met have been very supporting and guiding my through various exercise, this have been a key factor that made me find this placement very enjoyable.

The company culture and general atmosphere is very positive, every member of the team is very easy going and easy to talk to. There's always various events/social that I can attend.

I have enjoyed every part of this placement, from the learning perspective to social perspective. I have met some of the most amazing people and the most experienced people at the same time. Couldn't be more happier and grateful for this placement opportunity.
