- Update standard IBM tools with required inputs to support the wider business.
- Become the subject matter authority in those tools to help assist with day to day management.
- Create innovative ways to present data and solve business challenges.
- Understanding where within the business the reports fit in, constantly challenging and improving their practical application as part of the team.
- Help equip and support sellers in simplifying processes to deliver outcomes.

- Technical Skills: Working at IBM, I have gained proficiency in various technical skills depending on the nature of my role and projects. This included , database management, data analysis, and cybersecurity.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: IBM fosters a culture of innovation and problem-solving. Through my work, I have honed my ability to identify and analyze complex problems, think critically, and propose effective solutions. This involves understanding business requirements, conducting research, and applying logical reasoning to arrive at the best possible outcomes.

I have had the opportunity to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, both within my team and across different departments.
