Overall, how would you describe your experience at IBM?
My experience at IBM has been fantastic. The work environment is positive and collaborative, with people always willing to help. It’s also a dynamic and constantly evolving place that keeps me motivated to learn and explore new opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering projects – define scope, timelines, and resources.
Managing stakeholders – communicate progress and align expectations.
Coordinating teams – ensure collaboration between technical and business teams.
Controlling budget and risks – track costs, forecast, and mitigate issues.
Ensuring quality – validate deliverables and client satisfaction.
Engaging clients – understand needs and present solutions.
I especially enjoy working with clients and discovering how technology can support their business goals.
