Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
For example, taking meeting minutes in customer service management meetings, helping out in other areas of the business that needed it.
I have helped out in many areas of the business such as dealer operations where I encompassed a range of responsibilities and this has been prevalent in all areas I have helped in.
For instance, for dealer operations I had the responsibility of checking customer documents.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
In addition my communication skills and other skills have improved through daily communication with team leaders and one one instance i also got the opportunity to communicate with senior management.
My analytical skills have expanded as I have been required to devise graphs from data and spot trends.
My presentation skills developed through presentations of this data analysis carried out.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Every individual has been very approachable and I would say it is the perfect environment to nurture the skills development of a young adult like myself.
