Reporting and Manipulation of data to be sent and presented to internal and external employees. Management of team inbox to help maintain relationships both internally and externally, answering any queries someone may have. PowerBI projects have been recently introduced to help the automation of our reporting and to reduce workload.

I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement year. Naturally this became more significant as time went on and I was my comfortable with the processes and the business - but I was never short of work.

Excel skills have skyrocketed - had basic knowledge when I started and now feel extremely comfortable to use it. Communication and relationship skills have been developed massively. Working with your team day to day as well as external colleagues. Professionalism is a given and has been increased significantly throughout the placement in terms of the way you conduct yourself, your work quality and overall personality.

There was never a lack of support throughout the placement. Professionally your team is always there to help with your work if you are struggling or have a heavy workload. More intimately too, conversations aren't always about work and regular 1:1's with your colleagues/manager make your experience a lot easier.

Company culture was very prevalent. Mobilize are extremely focused on their SHIFT values which are clear to see from the managers to the employees. This is reflected in the atmosphere too with the open communication and transparency

I would say I enjoyed my placement significantly. The role I had gave me many responsibilities some that were very important- so in the work aspect, I feel I got everything out of it and more. The cohort of the interns was also extremely large so it was always fun coming into the office and doing thing outside of work.
