What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company has multiple Green and sustainability initiatives and commitments it is definitely environmentally conscious. Overall the atmosphere is friendly and there are a multitude of local community volunteering opportunities.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
The placement has been enjoyable, I've been able to develop my project management skills and develop as an engineer. It has been fun to work with my team learn about the Water industry.

In the assessment centre/ interview, be yourself. You don’t want to be shy nor domineering. Remember the group activity assesses your ability to work in a team and the way you interact with others and not just the outcome of the activity.
