You will also support customers when they come to collect their hire car and take details needed. You will also deliver cars and collect cars from customers so this job entails driving. You will also work on marketing and sending leads as well as sales on protections. There isn’t much you don’t do at enterprise.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
In the first few months I had a smaller amount on responsibility and just focused on learning the basics of the role.
As my confidence grew I ended up taking on more roles and captaincy’s.
Once I have taken these on I have taken on a lot more responsibilities including extensions, yellow car captains, claims captain and bcam. All of these roles make a difference to the business as it ensures things run smoothly

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture is a very fun and friendly place. I felt as though I could be myself in this company and not have to pretend to be someone I am not. As I woman in a male dominated area I felt accepted and understood. We eat together and laugh together. Your colleagues really become your second family and make working so much fun. There is also car karaoke which improves the mood when it’s been a hard day

I have really enjoyed this internship and learnt so very much. Whilst it has been hard and tiring I feel as though it has been worth it. As the months went on my team became like family which made me enjoy this experience so much more. The internship wasn’t what I was expecting but it was exactly what I needed to develop my skills. Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
Yes
What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
I would advise you to prepare yourself for long hours. The average start time is 7:45am and finish about 7pm in the evening. This can be really hard to manage your work life balance. You will also work Saturdays which bites into your time. You do get paid overtime but when you feel like you are at work more than you are at home it doesn’t really Match up. So I would advise you prepare yourself for not having much of a social life outside of enterprise
