Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

- organising cars booked for specific customers
-Offering great customer service to our customers
- Picking up customers from their home
- Delivering the cars out to customer addresses

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

- lots of responsibility was given to me during my placement. They put a lot of trust in you from early on. Running the branch and making decisions for customers are all powers we have been given.

- my managers were always there for me throughout my experience, you could always grab them for a chat if you had any worried and the team were always involved in helping each other learn.
