Manage and monitor service plan rejections and fix them (Raise incidents to HQ, work with IS to fix the issues)
Create service plan and maintenance contracts directly in Sigma when required
Manage the team mailbox and ensure customer satisfaction and manage the FAQ update
Load the claims in Sigma
Participate in testing
Anticipate of new service plan to create
Manage termination contracts to be closed in Sigma
Allocate vehicle model in the maintenance class and in the model groups
Create weekly reports to publish to Brand team and Manufacturer
Create reports to the team
