Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The first day consisted of a variety of workshops and talks and the second day was shadowing a trainee associate at the firm.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It helped show me the variety of opportunities that would be open to me in various departments, not all being directly a field of commercial law.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere was very comfortable and open. People were very friendly and there was not a discrepancy between lawyers higher up in the firm, as partners were very approachable.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I really enjoyed this insight as it provided me with a great opportunity to meet people and experience an immersion into the firm lifestyle and its culture.
