a lot of responsibility. I have opportunity to manage my own roles from start to finish as well as the opportunity to arrange and assist at recruitment events. Additionally, I have been given the opportunity to work with the wider recruitment team on other tasks.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
One thing I would say is at the beginning, do not be disheartened if you are not given a lot of responsibility; you are just learning and it will come with time!

Also at Hilton, we have regular meetings with our intern supervisor to see how we are getting on; it is a great time to get together with the other interns and hear about everyone's experience.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
In terms of atmosphere, everyone I have spoken to in the business is super friendly.
Also, as an intern I haven't ever felt looked down on or treated lesser than, instead treated as important/valued, which has been really nice.
