Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was responsible for processing all US and international refunds to franchised properties, alongside collecting debt from HGV, Graduate, Autocamp and Evermore properties. I also managed the corporate entity ledger.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was solely responsible for processing refunds so yes I would say I was given a fair bit of responsibility.

I was given a lot of guidance through the support system available to me. This ranged from 1 on 1 weekly meetings with my senior analysts as well as quarterly catchups with my senior manager.
