Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
First day was a series of interactive presentations. The sessions were very creative and entertaining and we got to do group exercises and learn through hands on activities. This included client pitching, ESG risk assessments and puzzle solving.
Second day was workshadowing. We were paired up with supervisors from our department of choice. We shadowed their work and were given real tasks to work on.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting because everyone was extremely supportive and friendly. We asked plenty of questions and everyone was always so happy to give us answers.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The firm was extremely friendly. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The chats were informal and I got to meet over 15 people all of whom were extremely friendly and adamant about being of help.
For example, at some point I portrayed an interest in Crypto. The graduate recruitment team were amazing and arranged for me to meet a partner who works in the area.
