Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Two day scheme with the first day involving classroom based talks, exercises and group activities. Second day involved sitting in a chosen department and completing work with a trainee.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I learnt about being a trainee at Simmons, the day to day tasks they undertake and the different departments they offer.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I met a range of people from the firm including graduate recruitment, paralegals, trainees, associates and partners. At all levels everyone was welcoming and able to give you time to ask questions and learn more.
