My role is management trainee and so my day to day is learning the best ways to run and manage a balanced business
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been given lots of responsibility throughout my placement for instance I run the day at least twice a week which means I manage the branch

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company in general is majorly hard working, everyone I met had great work ethics and were really passionate about their positions and their performance also. This is amazing to work around as it helps motivate you.

I absolutely love my placement and really don't believe that any of the other options out there would have given me the same important knowledge and opportunities as enterprise.

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
The work is hard but if you get stuck in and keep at it the rewards are endless. There is no limit to what you can achieve and get out of your placement with enterprise if you put in 100%
