Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
I have really enjoyed my time at Premier Foods so far. Everyone has been so welcoming and we’ve had a fantastic induction where we have gotten to know our cohort of grads very well and have taken a tour of our factories to see where our products are made. It has been so fun going for dinner with everyone in the evening and I’ve loved the scheme overviews from each function in week one to really understand the different parts of the business.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Am currently starting standout field sales which includes going into stores meeting store managers and checking compliance, availability and seeing what I can do to add value. I am really enjoying this and getting close to the brands.
