Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
Inclusive and welcoming. A lot of responsibilities are given to the graduates, allowing you to learn and develop, whilst sufficient support is provided, if necessary.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Operations Line Lead - managing a manufacturing line, including the people and machinery.
Project Engineer - involved in the design and installation of new equipment to improve the state of the factory.
