Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
I have had a great time so far at Premier Foods, the company and scheme are more than welcoming and very supportive.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have completed 2 rotations, currently in my third. I really enjoy the responsibility given to me and the wider network. Each placement has set goals and structure with responsibilities to learn whilst ongoing.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have a buddy, 2 mentors, a line manager and HR support. The wider teams always reach out for support. Nothing is missing for me.
How is your work-life balance?

The work life balance is really good, with everyone in the company very supporting and understanding of work / life balance.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

From the assessment centre i knew i wanted to work here, it is really positive all around and the culture is very welcoming. We can work from home as we please, with 50% in the office but i prefer being here
