Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?

I have just completed the initial two week induction at the company and have been really impressed with it. We spent the first week in head office learning about the business and the second week travelling to the different factory sites. This gave me a very good overview of how the company operates as a whole.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

I have not yet started my role but I am looking forward to it. I will be working as a project engineer for my first rotation. I am excited to see what impact I can have on the processes and projects.

How is your work-life balance?

4/5
As I have only completed the two week initial induction I am unsure how my normal work life balance will look but form what I can predict it will be a good balance. During the two week induction there was a good balance between work time and personal time, however you are staying in hotels will the other grads so are spending most of your time together. This can make it difficult to follow a usual routine.
