Overall, how would you describe your experience at Premier Foods?
Really positive, the rotational programme is excellent at providing a wide range of skills before I finish the grad scheme
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have a lot of independent work that is facilitated by a wider team, I get the opportunity to take on additional projects that are both sales and wider aimed (e.g. latest ERG project to run a session for International Men's Day to raise awareness of men's mental health), and there is a strong focus on my wider development & soft skills
