really good, there are multiple learning opportunities and i can learn from other senior workers to better myself

work perks are brilliant as we get a site allowance which pays for fuel in the month and also, if you go on any trips that has to do with work, this is also funded by Balfours

the team is extremely busy however they are always available for questions about anything. however it maybe slightly unstructured at times when it comes to my work duties
How is your work-life balance?

due to the scale of the project, the park and ride on a morning it means I'm up early but I'm home with due time to do everything i need to do before chilling out on a night

due to the scale of the project the culture is very fast paced and demanding, values of the company are trying to make it feel like a family situation with attempts to bring everyone together from different backgrounds for events
