Overall, how would you describe your experience at Balfour Beatty?
My experience at Balfour Beatty so far has been pretty up and down, I'm very proud of the progress I have made and the early careers side of things has been very enjoyable, however in terms of support within my job role and the growth I've made not so much. This isn't down to the company though more so the project I'm on and everyone's lack of time to help and support my journey.
