I've really enjoyed my time at Balfour Beatty so far. It's given me the chance to learn a lot, take on new challenges, and work with great people who have supported my development throughout the graduate programme.

"I am currently completing a rotation within Internal Audit, where I support audit reviews and gain insight into risk management, governance, and internal controls across the business. I enjoy the variety of work and the opportunity to learn about different parts of the organisation.
